The College has a Gym facility to promote health and fitness & to promote a powerlifting championship.

The College has good arrangements for sports and games like Cricket, Handball, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Basketball, Badminton, Kabbadi, and Athletics. A gym has also been set up recently which caters to the needs of the students as well as the faculty members. College teams participate in various University tournaments and competitions. Annual Athletics and Sports Meet are held every year towards the end of the session in which outstanding sports persons and athletes are honored with prizes given away by distinguished personalities.

The College has three state-of-the-art well-equipped Computer Labs with 120 terminals. The Computer Labs are fully air-conditioned. One lab with 40 computers is the “Multimedia Lab” with 24 hours of Internet Connectivity. The facilities enable students to hone their skills in Computers and use the Internet as well as to access e-journals for their projects and to acquire in-depth knowledge on topics of their interest.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has an association of graduates or, more broadly, of former students. These associations often organize social events, publish newsletters or magazines, and raise funds for the organization.

Conducted all year round are the alumni meet, an initiative taken by us to stay in touch with our alumni and to ensure that our alumni feel connected irrespective of the physical boundaries. These meets have been providing a platform for all alumni to know the progress SIMS has made in the years from when they left the college. The meets are not only an occasion for the alumni to get nostalgic and relive their college memories but also they help us to maintain a strong connection with our alumni and gain from their knowledge and expertise in the industry.
