If you got rejected in first round counselling you can participate in the second round counselling as well according to your rank as if you are not get selected in the first round of counselling

 Its to mandatory to report. Its just a counselling procedure . Getting seat in 1st round means that you are eligible for counselling and if you want to take admission then you can report. If not, Dont go for it.

no the clat merit list ios noy out yet. whever it will be out i'll provide you the inforamtion regardinh the same. till now theere is no such information that when will it be out. but probably it will b eout in next 2-3 days. all the best.
