• The Placement Cell invites the recruiters to visit the campus for conducting recruitment drive and they are provided with all the necessary information and documents such as Placement Brochure, Job Announcement Form,  (JAF), etc. 
• Companies interested in conducting the placement drive accept the invitation by sending the mail and a date is decided mutually.
• After the invitation is accepted, the placement cell of ITM School of Management allots dates to the recruiters on the basis of the information given in the JAF for conducting the campus placement.
• Students interested in the placement drive have to register online for being a part of the placement process.
• Companies visiting the college for conducting placement drive deliver a pre-placement talk for the students so that they are well aware of the basic policies followed by the company. This two-way communication helps the students to clear all the queries.
