The college has a capacity of 150 beds with all the Clinical specialties. It offers services in General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Dialysis Unit, ENT, Urology, Plastic and Oncology Surgery, Radiotherapy, Obstetrics, and Gynecology with a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. While students are posted in clinics, they are supervised by Clinical Instructors and Nursing Staff.

The college has well-ventilated and equipped laboratories with modern facilities and instruments as per the INC norms. Laboratories such as Nursing Arts (Fundamentals Lab), Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Pathology, Microbiology, Child health nursing, Community health nursing, and Midwifery and Obstetrical nursing, etc, are equipped for the students to learn with demonstration. These give an in-depth understanding of the practicals to the students.

The college has a library is a computerized library of International and Indian Journals, Magazines, Periodicals, English and Hindi National dailies, and weekly Question papers of past university exams for reference. The college has a fleet of 18 buses for students and staff members to provide a pick-and-drop facility from all corners of the city. They also provide a bus facility to students from Bhilai. Students are expected to board the vehicles from the college campus at the specified time to be present on time at the place of training. The college has its fleet of transport to transport the students from the college to the hospital or other places of study/training, the Community health service, shopping, picnics, etc., and bring them back to the college.
