Since GGSIPU reserves 85% of the seats for delhi students and rest for outside delhi and with this rank you have less chance to get JIMS,kalkaji, any other IPU college.
But you can get other IPU college in spot round if there is any seat vacantDo your choice filling

No these colleges does not provide hostel facilities. Students have to look for PGs. Pg are bit expensive there will cost you around rs.10,000. Food provided by them is depend of average quality. It depends college to college some provide wifi, food some are not.
