So as per previous rank cut-off ..the cut-off of JIMS for BBA is nearly around 2245-9408...so here chances

I think you may not get JIMS, vasant Kunj with 23000 rank. if you have any quota then also it is  tough to get that college

Hey dear! You scored a decent rank though. Chances of getting Vips and Jims are certainly low. You will be getting RDIAS , IITM janakpuri, TIAS. I suggest you to freeze your seat in the college you will be getting in your counselling and can wait for the spot round.
