24 MonthsMaster of Technology in Petroleum Engineering Self Finance is a full-time two years duration course. Offered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada and approved by AICTE.
The Department of Petrochemical Engineering Department at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University was established in the year 2008 and Petroleum Engineering in the year 2009 and Pipeline Engineering(PG) Course in the year 2014 to make its mark in the Oil and Gas Industries in the country. Subsequent developments, under the able guidance of a series of distinguished educators, renowned personalities from oil and gas industries and scientists, have led the department to the forefront of research and teaching in petroleum and Petrochemical engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
Admission Details
- Admission on the basis of GATE Examination for non-sponsored and entrance test conducted by the University for sponsored and self-supporting candidates.
- Admission based on AP PGECET exam.
