The Department of Petrochemical Engineering Department at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University was established in the year 2008 and Petroleum Engineering in the year 2009 and Pipeline Engineering(PG) Course in the year 2014 to make its mark in the Oil and Gas Industries in the country. Subsequent developments, under the able guidance of a series of distinguished educators, renowned personalities from oil and gas industries and scientists, have led the department to the forefront of research and teaching in petroleum and Petrochemical engineering.
