Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate needs a pass in the +2 or its equivalent exam, with the following % of average in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Admission Details

Admissions are conducted through two categories:

50% Government Quota (TNEA Counselling): Through the Anna University Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) Counselling process based on HSC (12th Standard) marks and the State rank list.
50% Management Quota: Based on 12th standard marks and merit list prepared by the Institution as per Anna University and Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE) norms.

Eligibility Criteria

For UG (B.E./B.Tech): As per Anna University and State Government norms (minimum marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, and eligibility through TNEA or management selection process).
For Lateral Entry: Candidates must meet the diploma-to-degree lateral entry eligibility as specified by Anna University.

Jeppiaar Engineering College has desirable infrastructure. The class rooms are clean, labs are up to date, and the campus is spacious with useful centers that aid students getting to know about activities

College Infrastructure

Several books were available in the library. The infrastructure was good. Laboratories were well-equipped. Classrooms were well-maintained. The food served in the mess was better. Non-vegetarian food items were offered 6 days a week for both day scholars and hostellers.

College Infrastructure

The overall infrastructure of our college was well maintained and developed. A Wi-Fi facility was available on the entire campus. The library of the college had more than 12000 books. Hostel facilities were also available at our college. Hostel apartments were neat and clean. The food at the mess was average.
