Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biotechnology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.


Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subjects. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Lateral Entry:

Passed 3 Years Engineering Diploma in any branch of Engineering (Except Agriculture, Pharmacy and Architecture) OR 3 Years B.Sc. Degree with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate Passed 10+2/Graduation with mathematics

Biotech department worse infrastructure and facilities are poor not up to the mark of an engineering college not recommended at all.. students are mentally harassed by providing inappropriate working conditions
