The college has a Gymnasium Hall for the benefit of the students.
Ground Floor: The ground floor of the library houses the Stack Room, Circulation Desk, OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), Property Shelf, Manuscript Section, Northeast Book Corner, Competitive Examination Corner, Librarian's Room, Library Server Room, and Xerox Counter. The Library Server room is equipped with one rack server, one tower server for the Integrated Library Management System SOUL 3.0, and one book scanner for digitization purposes.
First Floor: The first floor of the library includes one reading room that accommodates 115 users. The first floor of the college library houses 8 almirah for the Book Bank facility, 2 almirah for Bound Periodicals, and a wooden stand for keeping current journals, periodicals, and magazines. A separate e-resource center cum computer lab with 30 PCs is set up on the first floor, where users can access e-resources and other scholarly content for academic purposes. The first floor of the library also houses the K.C. Das Commerce College Publication Cell, the Community Library, and a Store Room.
The college has sports facilities both for indoor and outdoor games.
The college has an IT Lab that provides computer and internet facilities to the students and staff of our college. It has thirty-four desktop computers connected through the Local Area Network.
The college canteen provides refreshments for the staff and students.
The Health Centre of the College renders free medical services through a medical practitioner to the staff and students of the college and people of the vicinity every Wednesday between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
The college has good networking for the alumni association.
The photocopier point in the library provides a photocopying facility for the faculty as well as students.
The college has a classroom facility for all students.
The College Information and Career Guidance Cell of the college started functioning on the 16th of August, 2002. The objectives of the Cell are the following. To provide practical exposure to the process, procedure, and practices followed by the organization in conducting commercial practices/business and expose the students to all forms/formats and formalities.
To provide practical orientation to students while teaching the subjects according to the syllabus by linking it with the lab practical. To improve the reasoning and analytical abilities of the students. To create more interest among the students in the subject. To make the students aware of the availability and applicability of commerce lab documents/items for their day-to-day routine purposes. To equip the students with practical knowledge and develop entrepreneurial abilities to start their businesses or to get better employment in the competitive job market. To prepare the students to fulfill the requirements of industry and business.
The college has a Red Ribbon Club, a voluntary on-campus intervention program for students in educational institutions. It is initiated and supported by the State AIDS Control Society and implemented through multi-sectorial collaboration, particularly using the services of cadre officers of the State National Service Scheme (NSS). The Red Ribbon Club in educational institutions seeks to initiate efforts to educate youth with correct, concise, and adequate information and heighten their level of awareness about HIV/AIDS/STI/sexuality and other related issues. It also enables youth, especially female students, to identify and understand situations of exploitation and abuse
A great college with big classrooms. All amenities necessities available such as a good library, affordable canteen , classrooms having basic lights and fans. Huge study material available at the library.
I have graduated from the same college, but I feel like MCom classes were more well furnished and well design. They had great classrooms. A good vibe to study and learn encouraging students to immerse in the process .
My college have a great college infrastructure. I came from a small town, but I am happy that I have the privilege to study in this college with big classrooms. So many students and huge crowd. I am happy with the college infrastructure.
