Regarding placement both are great and offer 80% placement. Riims is better as it also provides industrial tours ,education tours abroad etc.

Hello Kirloskar Institute of Management Studies(KIMS) is a descent institute for PGDM if you want a degree but the placement record is not good for the institute. The highest placement was of 12Lpa for 2016-2018 and trhe average package is of 6Lpa.
