KIT's I.M.E.R. offers separate lodging facilities for boys. The total capacity of our hostels are near about 500 students. The hostel is well-equipped with a number of amenities, including a clean and comfortable environment, a common area, a cafeteria, a gym, a newspaper, guestrooms, and a medical facility.

The KITs IMER Kolhapur library of this college is housed in the Institute's main building. The collection of information and resources at the library is vast, first-rate, and rich; it focuses mostly on business, management, computer science, and other related fields. The library's entire collection of 17,510 books includes reference books, textbooks, and general literature such as competitive, inspirational, and other works. The National Digital Library (NDL), NPTEL, and Developing Library Network (DELNET) are just a few of the outstanding and abundant e-resources that the library offers. Over a thousand video lectures are available to teaching members and students on campus around the clock via NPTEL. The library can use web-based library software.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure 

1. Two dedicated servers and all PCs are connected to these servers by LAN.
2. Leased Line Internet with 200 Mbps and 20 Mbps access.
3. Labs are also equipped with Thin Client technology.
