Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

Tamilnadu Candidates

The candidates must have passed the 12th standard (intermediate) or its equivalent examination from the Government recognized board with the subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with the percentage as 45% (for general candidates), 40% (for backward class including Muslim), 40% (MBC & DNC) and 40% (for SC/ST/SCA) candidates.

Other State Candidates

As the candidates from other states are considered under General Category, a Pass with minimum average marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together as 45% (General Category)

NRI (Non-Resident Indian Category)

The candidate should have passed in all the subjects and scored a minimum average of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together as in General Category

FN (Foreign National Category)

The candidate should have passed in all the subjects and scored a minimum average of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together

Eligibility Criteria for Lateral Entry (Direct Second Year) B. E. / B. Tech Programmes

Passed Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in any branch of Engineering and Technology

Admission Details

Government of Tamil Nadu makes admissions to B.E. / B.Tech. Courses of all the affiliated colleges through a common merit list of candidates administered by Anna University, Chennai.

College Infrastructure

My college has an amazing Infrastructure. Great green campus. Has all facilities in laboratory,etc.,The infrastructure of our college is very good. We are improving our educational life in a very healthy environment. Our college has a big library, and an auditorium in the college. The teachers and the other staff members of our college are very humble and have good manners.

I really learn more things by studying in this college.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is outstanding. Campus is filled with greenary. They set up the peaceful environment which makes the students feel free to learn the knowledge. All the necessary things are available and provided by the management.
