      Speaking of history, KVG Dental College and Hospital, Sullia, Karnataka, India, is a dental college that has been in operation. Extensive admission procedures for undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs in dentistry are provided here. The college is recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).       Application Process

      The application process for KVG Dental College and Hospital varies for each of the programs:

      For BDS:

      1. Clear the NEET-UG entrance examination.
      2. Register for the centralized counseling process.

      2. Register through centralized counseling for MDS admissions.
      3. Fill out the application form for KVG Dental College.
      4. Submit all requested documents, including NEET MDS score card, BDS degree certificate, and internship completion certificate. 
      5. Attend counseling or interview rounds if called.
      6. Complete admission formalities if selected.

      For Diploma courses:

      1. Apply through the Central Counselling process that takes place in August to October.
      2. Attach all required documents, including qualifying examination certificates.
      3. Attend counselling sessions as scheduled.
      4. If selected, complete the admission process at KVG Dental College.

      MDS: The college offers multiple Master of Dental Surgery programs, with each having a duration of 3 years and including:

      1. MDS Oral Medicine and Radiology (3 seats)
      2. MDS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (6 seats)
      3. MDS Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics (5 seats)
      4. MDS Prosthodontics (6 seats)
      5. MDS Periodontics (5 seats)
      6. MDS Pedodontics (5 seats)
      7. MDS Orthodontics (6 seats)
      8. MDS Oral Pathology (3 seats)
      9. MDS Public Health Dentistry (2 seats)

      Admission to MDS programs is undertaken on the basis of the NEET MDS results. The applicants have to hold a BDS degree mandated by a university.

      PGD: KVG Dental College also offers a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics which has 2 seats. The process of admission is similar to the MDS courses.

      Diploma Courses: KVG Dentistry also offers diploma programs:

      1. Diploma in Dental Mechanics (10 seats)
      2. Diploma in Dental Hygiene (10 seats)

      Admission in diploma programs is made through Central Counselling conducted every year in the months of August to October.
