 Degree wise Admission Process

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery)- Admission to the course will be made on merit according to the 10+2 marks obtained by the applicant. There are allowed 40 students in the program.

GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery): Admissions into the program are held according to merit based on the percentage in the 10+2 examination. The sanctioned intake is 50 students for this course.

B.Sc Nursing: Admission is on merit according to the 10+2 results. The program is four years' duration undergraduate program by the institute for those seeking professional careers in nursing.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: Candidates, in order to secure admission into this program, have to appear in the entrance test conducted by the Government. After qualifying, candidates have to attend central counseling by the Government for final selection.

M.Sc Nursing (Diff. Specializations): The college offers M.Sc in specialties including Medical Surgical Nursing, Obstetric and Gynaecological Nursing, Child Health and Paediatric Nursing, Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. Candidates interested for government quota seats shall appear on an entrance test organized by the State Selection Committee. Candidates are selected through the merit list mapping followed by central counseling.
