Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

A pass in the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together as given below:

Diploma

The candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central / State Governments.

1) OC candidates should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in

all the semesters put together.

2) BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates should have secured not

less than 45% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.

Admission Details

Admission was made upon the Tamilnadu +2 Exam result.

65% of seats were surrendered to the Government Quota under Single Window System.

35% of seats will be filled by the College under Management Quota through Consortium. The highest scorer in qualifying examination stands first and others follow suit.

College Infrastructure

The classrooms are neat, spacious, and have modern equipment like smart boards and projectors. Every department has its own laboratory space, with machines and tools that match the industry standards, allowing students to practice and learn by doing. The library is large, air-conditioned, and offers a calm place to study. It has thousands of reference books, e-resources, and a reading area. Hostels are well-managed, secure, and provide good food.

Overall....okay-ish

College Infrastructure

Good infrastructure till 2019, biotech department was far away from the main campus so it's a bit of walking Equipment are good too as far as I know They have good facilities, laboratories, and practice good safety practices while handling chemicals in Chemistry lab

College Infrastructure

college has outstanding infrastructure and many other features as well but canteen is a a drawback as it is always crowded . All the facilities are provided in labs , sports, extra curriculars as well . Food is good, but can be better.
