Experienced faculty from clinical and para clinical departments.there is strong emphasis on practical learning because of heavy patient load. Heavy patient flow gives exposure to real diagnostic work rather than only demonstration.
Practical exposure is the strongest point of academics.
College Infra
Large government medical college with a major teaching hospital. Well established pathology, microbiology,biochemistry and clinical laboratories.library, hostels and wifi facilities are available. Some building and facilities are not modern.
Campus Life
It has a large student community.cultural events, sports and college functions are organised.good hostel facilities with wifi is available. But academics work load is very heavy. Some times it feels hectic because of the hospital workload.
Placements
Government medical college generally do not have a dedicated placement cell like engineering colleges. The college reputation helps but placements are largely dependent on your skills and job application rather than campus recruitment. Most MLT graduates find jobs in private Dignostic centre, corporate hospitals or go for further studies like BMLT or any other.
Value For Money
Government hospital has lower course fees than private para medical colleges. Government college gives a good reputation in certificate.
It gives a very good hospital exposure in the amount paid.MKCG offers a good return for the amount paid.

I am pursuing my MBBS at MKCG Medical College because of its superb teaching quality. Our college's lecturers are well- qualified and very engaging and experienced. The course is up to date and contains practical case studies from the hospital and outpatient department.
College Infra
We have basic facilities available on the campus like a library, as well as a hostel library, Wi-Fi connection, laboratories, and smart classes taught through an e-learning approach. Accomodation and auditorium is available . Sports such as football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, and table tennis are offered, as well as a mess and canteen.
Placements
Following the final exams, students must do a year-long internship at the college for which they will be paid a stipend of roughly 35-40,000 rupees. After the internship, students can choose to continue their higher education with NEET PG or begin practicing at a government or private hospital.
Value For Money
My course fee was approximately 2-2.5 lakh rupees, and the accommodation costs were not included. MKCG is a government college, which is why the cost of education is so low.
