The college has a Medical facility Available on a 24 x 7 basis in the hospital and causality Central casualty services - No. of emergency beds in casualty: 30 Working arrangement of casualty services: No. of casualty medical officer - 10 Consultants services – Available for 24 hours Nature of services – 8 hourly shift duty

The college has Central Library was initially conceived as a small library having a small collection of Books and Journals for the use of medical students. The Central Library of this premier Medical College was established in 1962. It was functioning in the erstwhile Administrative Block of the Medical College. Presently it is functioning in a separate G 4 fully Air-conditioned new Library building from 27th July 2016 with well & sophisticated new furniture and a good collection of Books/Journals/Magazines. It functions under the administrative control of the Dean & Principal.

The college has Messing & canteen arrangements are available in all the hostels. There is a canteen inside the college building adjacent to the tennis court.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a Bank, post office, and ATM available inside the college campus
