NIHER Patna placements have been facilitated by an active placement cell of the institute. The Placement Cell of NIHER Patna works towards providing jobs and training to the graduating students. The NIHER Patna placement cell aims to ensure that the students have the necessary skills for an effective job search.

NIHER Patna placement cell acts as a bridge between the students and the companies. It conducts seminars, group discussions, written tests/interviews, and confidence-building and personality development workshops.

• The placement cell invites leading companies through post or email.

• Companies interested in conducting the recruitment drive at NIHER Patna, send the filled form to the placement cell.

• Interested students can apply for placements at the T&P department.

• Resumes are shared with the companies.

• Companies visit the institute on the scheduled date for a presentation. The on-campus placements may be held on the same day or another.

• Companies will share the list of selected candidates with the placement cell.

• Once selected by a company, students will not be allowed to appear for interviews for other companies.
