24 MonthsDiploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is two years course intended to train students to produce dispensing pharmacists who are to play a vital role in our healthcare system especially in community pharmacy of hospitals and nursing homes. The program covers basic pharmaceutical education including Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Toxicology , Pharmacognosy along with their application in the healthcare Industry. The program holds good value in the Community Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Industry, Pharmacy Shops, and hospitals.
Diploma in Pharmacy is duly approved by PCI, and affiliated to Board of Technical Education (BTE), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Eligibility Criteria
For admission to first year of D.Pharm, the candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University : Candidate must have passed WITHOUT GRACE in 10+2 with the required subject combinations either in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Admission Details
Based on the rank obtained in merit list is prepared based on the basis of marks obtained at the qualifying examination of UP Joint Entrance Examination. Admission against vacant seats after counseling may be done based on the merit list prepared by Institute.
