This course offered by NIET is of two years duration. The first year curriculum is designed with exposure to advances in pharmacology, wherein the candidate has potential to equip himself/herself with all preclinical pharmacological, toxicological and safety pharmacological studies. Furthermore, he/she gets adequate exposure of clinical research methods, newer molecular biology techniques.

The second year is mainly through a dissertation on the topic of industrial research and development, new drug discovery etc. Thus the two year program will enable pharmacology student to cope up with the present day need of preclinical and clinical research in new drug discovery and development.


Eligibility Criteria

For admission to first year of any branch of M.Pharm, the minimum academic qualification is: Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST Candidates) marks in aggregate in B.Pharm.

Admission Details

Candidates with valid GPAT Score will be preferred and will be awarded stipend as per AICTE norms.
