Eligibility Criteria

The qualified candidates of UPSEE, fulfill the eligibility. Their relative merit will be decided by their rank in UPSEE.
Secondly, the qualified candidates of JEE MAINS fulfilling the eligibility. Their relative merit will be decided by their rank in the respective entrance examinations.
Thirdly, by the merit of candidates in qualifying (10+2) examination with the following conditions: For admission to the first year of B.Tech, candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board I University; securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in required subject combination (two compulsory & one optional) taken together. The candidate is essentially required to pass without any grace marks (as per the respective Board/University) in each subject of the subject group. The relative merit shall be decided based on the total marks in the subject combination of the qualifying examination.

For Lateral Entry - The vacant seats in the B.Tech course after UPSEE for lateral entry shall be filled 15 days after the last counseling at the institute level in the following level - 1. By the qualified candidates of UPSEE who fulfill the eligibility. 2. If any vacant seats will be filled on merit by such candidates who have passed the qualifying examination, securing a minimum of 50 % ( 45% for SC/ ST ) marks in aggregate without any grace marks.

The admission Procedure is the qualified candidates of JEE MAINS fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Their relative merit will be decided by their rank in the respective entrance examinations.
