Prashanti Institute of Management (PIM), Ujjain has a training and placement cell that looks after the placements of the students. The purpose of the PIM Ujjain placement cell is to train the students for the final campus placements. 

Some of the activities of the Prashanti Institute of Management placement cell are conducting mock interviews, organising guest lectures, conducting aptitude tests and many more. The Placement Cell of Prashanti Institute of Management also goes through a market exploration, preparation, grooming and making tie-ups with top companies. 

PIM Ujjain placement follows some particular placement procedures, including inviting companies, organising pre-placement talks, student registration, aptitude tests, and Group discussions followed by an interview. Finally, selected students will be given an offer letter.
