The College has Separate hostels for boys with spacious, clean, and well-furnished living spaces and recreation rooms. Round-the clock security services ensure adequate safety to the inmates of the hostels. There is a dedicated committee consisting of wardens, assistant wardens and college manager—headed by the principal—to oversee hostel facilities, maintenance of discipline.

The College has Central Library is housed in the Academic block of the Medical College. The library has a seating capacity of 230 students. At present, there are 15522 books in the library. There are 95 Indian and 89 foreign journals currently subscribed in the library. The Central Library has space for a Room for Librarian, Internet, External reading, Journal reading, Reprography, Audio Visual, and Staff reading. Current periodicals and Back volume Binding area etc. It has a digital library.

The College has Mess facilities functioning on campus to cater to the needs of students and teachers.02 Canteens are also available to cater to students, teachers, patients, and hospital visitors. Small service counters are available in the college and the hospital areas.
