Radhakisan Toshniwal Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Akola offers a total of 6 courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. At UG level, RTAM, Akola courses include one course while at  PG level, the college offers a total of 5 courses. These courses are full time courses in disciplines like Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), MD Rognidan and Vikriti Vigyan, MD Kayachikitsa, MS Shalyatantra Samanya, MD Ayurved Samhita and Siddhanta and MD Rachana Sharir. The Radhakisan Toshniwal Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Akola UG course duration is 5 years 6 months while the PG courses are for three years. The course fee at the college ranges from Rs. 3.2 lakhs to Rs. 3. 91 lakhs.

The college started conducting P.G.Course in 1990-91.  In 1998 Maharashtra University of Health Sciences started operating with the affiliation of BAMS Course but the P.G.Courses was under Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University,Amravati till 2006 and there after it was affiliated to MUHS. The admission capacity for BAMS is 75 students with P.G. in 05 subjects.
