RDC Chennai Admission Process

Ragas Dental College and Hospital is a premier dental, located in Uthandi, Tamil Nadu. The college has its focus on undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses spanning several dental specializations. The admission process at RDC Chennai aims to select the best-qualified students nationally through entrance examinations. For undergraduate courses, RDC Chennai accepts NEET-UG scores. The application for NEET-UG usually commences in February and ends with an examination in May. Admissions based on the MDS score are conducted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS or NEET MDS.

Entrance at the undergraduate level involves the candidate having completed 10+2, while the areas of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology were studied as optional subjects. To apply for a postgraduate program in any Dental specialization, a candidate must possess a BDS from a Dental College that has been recognized by the Dental Council of India.  Important dates concerning admissions to the different programs will vary according to the dates set for entrance examinations. Therefore, candidates would be best advised to periodically check the official website of RDC Chennai or the respective examination websites to obtain the most up-to-date information concerning application deadlines, entrance test dates, and result declarations.
