Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Raghu Engineering College, Visakhapatnam recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

Admission to these courses is through the Engineering, Agriculture & Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, on the successful completion of the program by the students through a unified system of examination.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is impressive, with advanced technology in every classroom. The sports complex is world-class, However, the hostel accommodations could use better maintenance and more frequent cleanings.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is very pleasant and calm and clean, regarding facilities and equipment it was quite good. Coming to classrooms, hostel, libraries it was so clean and well maintained. The food in canteens and hostel was decent not that much bad.
