Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate Course offered by Ramachandran International Institute of Management, Pune and affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Two years program through our education partner Arihant Institute of Business Management (AIBM) & as per Savitribai Phule Pune University syllabus . The course is spread over four terms & will be conducted as per the Savitribai Phule Pune university laid down guidelines/schedule. Students will opt for one of the specializations as per their choice & also undergo two months internship with the industry. One of the following Specializations may be opted by the students.

Marketing: The curriculum focuses on the latest marketing trends & strategies that expose them to the realities of the market place. Students can get jobs in retailing, advertising, FMCG, product/brand management & marketing research.

Finance: Students will be imparted skills & grounded in the basics of financial decision making, accounting, economics, market structures, equity markets & banking etc.

HR: The curriculum includes Recruitment & selection, learning & development, Industrial relations, performance management systems, compensation management, organization development & specialized/advanced features of HRM.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have a minimum of 50% in bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidate appearing for final year bachelor degree examination can also apply.

Admission Details

Candidates are required to take one of the following entrance tests:

Common Admission Test (CAT).
XLRI Admissions Test (XAT).
CMAT/ MAT/ MHCET / ATMA & AMMI Test.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure here at Ramachandran International Institute of Management is of world class. You can find every equipment which is necessary for teaching and learning like, projectors, Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, etc.

College Infrastructure

With all modern facilities, the college has great infrastructure. Modern computer lab, updated library, modern smart classroom with projectors. AC classrooms. Wifi enabled campus. Clean and hygenic mess that ensures healthy food. Clean hostels with washing machines, induction plate for cooking, continous water supply, water cooler with purifier, maid- to clean the rooms regularly. Guards for safety and security of students.
