• The Training and Placement Cell of RIIM Pune sends invitations to recruiting companies for campus recruitment.

• Dates are fixed mutually with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Interested students have to register their names and share their respective resumes with the placement cell.

• Students of Ramachandran International Institute of Management, Pune are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them and interact with the recruiters.

• Eligible candidates also have to appear and qualify the written test, group discussion and interview round.

• The aptitude test is conducted to judge the knowledge, skills and logical reasoning of the students.

• After clearing the written test, students have to qualify the group discussion round where they have to speak on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students

• After clearing the GD round, students also have to clear various rounds of Interview namely Technical Interview and HR Interview which is conducted to test the communication and management skills of students.

• Based on the performance of students in the written test, GD round and interview students will be offered placements in different companies with varying salary packages.
