i) A Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree securing 50% marks in the aggregate.
ii) Percentage of marks relaxable by 5% for S.C./S.T./P.H. candidates.
iii) The candidates should have studied either Bengali or English and any one of History, Geography, Mathematics, and Science at the Graduation Level.
iv) Candidates working in Recognized Institutes/Schools for the Blind should apply through proper channels.
