College Infrastructure
Since it's a government college we do not have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. The facilities that the college offers is average because lack of equipment. But the hygiene is taken care. Many seminar, competition and program are conducted in order to give opportunities to students to showcase their talent. Beside that you are in Darjeeling, famous for hill stations and tea plantation. You'll get to enjoy the scenic view from the campus.
Academics
I'm a geography student in the final year. In my opinion or my department the teachers helps students to make us understand the syllabus and the topics that we need to study. They are very cooperative. Teachers are so talented. The education that we get can make us kind of job ready.
Placements
This is a government college a few of the fews come and visit the college campus for giving placement. I can likely say that there is no placement given by this colleges. But many courses are provided to boost and add up one's skillset.
Campus Life
The campus life is superb. You get new friends. Peaceful environment with a great view of sunset. Teachers and support staff are friendly to talk with and supports and helps in every aspects from their point of view. Student can engage in co-curricular activities to showcase their talent.

The infrastructure and the beauty of the college is amazing. The hostels are really clean and homely. libraries are modern but the wifi and internet is not good. There is usually no network and real internet struggles.
Academics
Teachers are amazing and I really like their two periodicals systems. Internals have 40% weightage and the teachers are supportive. The extracurricular activities here are outstanding. There are fests in every department and way too many opportunities and activities.
Placements
The quality of placements have been good. More than 90% of the people get placed easily. The placement rate has been increasing with every year especially in the btech department. Placements of the computer science field are really good
Campus Life
The only thing bad about this college is it’s campus life. There’s no exposure and the girls are not allowed to leave the campus at any cost without the permission of the parents with a proper procedure.

All things are excellent . They're many auditoriums . All facilities are good enough and well maintained . Hostels are also cleaned regularly . Food provided in the hostel is good and hygienic . On Tuesday there is special food with some dessert .

I'm experiencing the best things and all of curriculum activities . There are libraries in respective buildings and also there is a central library . We are also provided our smart I'd card . Many developments have taken place in recent years.

Placements are also good. They have 100 percent placements records . The highest salary package till date is 48,00,000 and minimum salary package is 4,00,000 . My college is totally supportive to student

College infrastructure is good and we got all the basic facilities like library, sports ground, and proper setting facilities. Classrooms are big and have proper ventilation facility. We do not have Wi-Fi or smart boards in our classroom.

Currently I am pursuing BSc and the quality of education is good. We do practicals regularly and the faculties pay attention towards us. the teachers teaches us in a very simple way. The staff is very polite and well behaving.

The placement history is very bad and very few companies have visited in our campus to offer us jobs. Around 5% or less students got placed from our college and the average salary is around 2 LPA. The placement process is not very complex.

About the placement it os very poor. Only a few gets placement. Their is university level and department level placement cells are working. Placement cell including student and teachers. Here only IBM is given placement for students.

Currently I am pursuing BSc with computer science and the quality of education I got here is excellent. Practicals are done regularly and the faculties are well experienced and knowledgeable. Very few courses make us job ready.

Placement record is very bad and very few companies have visited to offer us jobs. Many of the times we have to find employment on ourselves. Around 5% students got placed and the placement process is not very much complex.

Here iam doing mcom with international business. Among the faculties more of them have PhD and all are well experienced. The curriculum is revising every year and different educational programs are conducting by department.

Here placement is not getting . But there is University level and department level placement cell is working. But it's not giving placement. Faculties gives us guidelines to move forward. Have placement group and sharing the job notification

I am in PGDM (IB) program and the teachers here are very professional and also have good knowledge of subjects they also conduct presentations that involve faculty and students. They also conduct mock GD and mock PI which is beneficial for the placement.

Placement here is very good the package here is around 7-8 lakhs and sometimes it is 9 lakh also. They also provide good internships which give you insight about the corporate world. With the help of mock gd and mock pi it become quite easy.

BITS Pilani's campus has top-notch infrastructure. The campus has everything students need to learn and enjoy their MBA journey. Hostel facilities are generally adequate, but single rooms do not have air conditioning. The food served in the mess is also decent. It is possible to find many food outlets that are open until 2 am in the morning. The gym and sports facilities are good, and you can choose which sports you want to play.

The statistics for last season with highest CTC of 22 LPA, average CTC of 15.9 LPA, and a median CTC of 17 LPA. Companies that participated last season include IBM, Vi, Accenture, Barclays, Citi Bank, KPMG, EY, Axtria, Yes Bank, and many more. All the students were satisfied with the offers received.

It has a huge and beautiful playground, the campus is green with beautiful trees and plants and you will get peaceful vibe in the college. The classrooms are comfortable and have smart boards, wifi connection. There is sports room, girls common room, boys common room, beautiful computer labs and most importantly the Library of Shaheed Bhagat Singh college is one of the best library of DU.

I am pursuing Bachelor of commerce honours from Shaheed Bhagat Singh college because it is considered as 2nd best college for commerce students, SRCC is obviously 1st. The teachers are well educated and frank and the teaching style is awesome of all the professors i met. But the only bad thing about our education system is that they only focus on theortical knowledge and ignores the practical part which will definitely get better in upcoming years as per New education policy.
Placements
One of the reason you can consider SBSC because of it's placement opportunities. The placement cell and Even internship cell are very active and some valuable companies come in the college to place the students. Although I don't have any personal experience about placement as i am in 2nd year but according to records, it is actually a good option in terms of placements.

The college will not create any problem in your college life either you are enjoying or preparing for some exam as the college is not strict about attendance. The college has a great library, playground and canteen. So, if you want peaceful environment, you can definitely consider SBSC. If you're an outstation students, dont worry about PG's as there a lot of pg's and flats for students nearby college.There are always guards on the gate and the areas is all safe.

It is average. The good thing is that we can choose the subjects, timing and faculty of our interest. VIT works on FFCS, which is a fully flexible credit system. We have 3 major exams in total. CAT (continuous assessment test) and FAT (final assessment test) are conducted.

Research analyst roles are offered. It depends on what company you are applying for or profile. We have research companies, pharmaceutical companies and many MNCs coming for placements. You can get placed in any company other than biotechnology companies if you have the skills required by the company.

The placements and the packages offered were reasonable according to an undergraduate. Most of the students from our batch went for Master's degree including myself. But if someone wants to work after graduation, the campus placements is a fine way to get started.

The college did not really have much on campus but each department had their own society and there were central societies open to the students of all departments. These societies hoested events and annual fests which used to be a fun time.
