The college provides sophisticated hostel accommodation separately for boys and Newly constructed boys hostels are available with accommodation of 260 seats respectively. Spacious rooms with attached bathrooms are available for boys.

The college has provided sophisticated hostel accommodation separately for girls. Newly constructed girls' hostels are available with an accommodation of 250 seats respectively. Spacious rooms with attached bathrooms are available for girls.

The college has a transport facility for students and staff. RJS Institute of Management Studies. To bestow the same, the fleet of college buses provides pick and drop facilities to staff and students in and around Bangalore. The buses are modern, safe, and provide a comfortable traveling experience. Our transport facility is also used for various educational purposes like field trips, industrial visits, and recruitment. In addition to the transportation provided by us, BMTC buses from all corners of the city ply to our college since it is located at the center of the city.

The college Library and Information Centre. Our library plays a vital role in the search for knowledge. It was established in the year 1999. The primary objective of the library is to serve the information needs of the faculty and student community of RJS IMS. It acts as a center for the collection of resources, and it aims to develop a comprehensive collection of information that is useful for users of our Institute. It also ensures that information resources are acquired and organized to meet the present and future users' information needs. The library is open to students, staff members, and visiting faculty on weekdays between 8 am - 5 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The library is well equipped with proper lighting, ventilation, and seating arrangements for more than 50 students at a time. The library and Information Centre are well-equipped with precious books, textbooks, reference books, periodicals, and journals. An excellent atmosphere is created for the readers to utilize the library facilities.

The college has high-tech computer labs with more than 150 advanced computers with LAN and internet services through wireless connectivity, LCD projection systems, hardware and software, digital cameras, printers, scanners, photocopying machines, and video cameras. There are 2 Advanced computer labs equipped with 115 computers with advanced configurations, audiovisual projection facilities, and a central data archiving server. As part of the management studies, and the pursuit to be technologically in sync with the times, the following hardware and systems are installed in our college. Our computer laboratories are equipped with Intel Pentium 5 processors, 500 GB HDDs, 4 GB RAM, CRT Monitors, and 40 Mbps of Internet bandwidth(Leased Line). We assist students who will enhance their chances of succeeding in technology-based classroom assignments.

The college has A favorite haunt of students during off hours is the spacious and well-designed canteen with a suitable aesthetic touch. The canteen has a modern kitchen with the latest appliances to provide for North Indian and South Indian cuisine. The interior is tastefully and neatly crafted to provide much-needed relief and a soothing environment.
