Board Merit

Minimum 80% in Class X and XII
Minimum 80% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) in Class XII

JEE Mains

50 percentile for all B.Tech specialisations except B.Tech (Mathematics and Computing)
60 percentile for B.Tech (Mathematics and Computing)
