Great library, laboratories.....Almost all types of books are available....hostels are also good, cleaned regularly..... There is a full speed wifi which provides great internet connectivity.... Food is okayish..

I am studying chemical engineering with specialization in petrochemicals and refining, it is a nice course with great scope in it... Curriculum is updated with time.... Teacher put efforts and hence making you job ready..

Placements are great at college, not with much package, but something is better than nothing.... Highest package has gone till 35lpa, college is supportive and the placement process is also very easy..

With scholarship, you'll have to pay 2.5lpa(hostel excluded)

As the college established in 2004, it has most the infrastructure facilities newly constructed. Maintaince work of infrastructure and building continously goes on. It has different blocks for different courses. Classrooms are well equipped and digitalized. College is situated at the top of the hill, snowfall occurs during winter season. Ambiance of college is really mesmerizing.

Currently, I am perusing Petroleum Engineering from the college. Faculties are masters in their subjects and really supportive. They encourage students for extra curriculur activities. However, 75% attandence is mandatory for all. They also support you to do any research under their guidance.

College offers around 94% placements, also offers internship opportunities for students. But, its upon student's academic and Cocurriculur performance if he grabs the opportunity. Many of the seniors have been placed. Core streams like APE UP,APE GAS,GIE,GSE,IT students get placements easily due to its large alumni network. Last year highest salary package was 44 Lakhs, but student got placement off campus from CSE. Companies like Schlumberger, TCS,Infosys,Wipro,Tata,ExxonMobil visit the campus.

It is true that college is very expensive. It really gets difficult to study here for medium class family student. Hostel fee is also quite high, it's around 1,60,000 per year. Means it costs around 5 lakhs per year including all extra charges like tuition fee, accommodation, and other Expenditure.

Campus life is quite cool and adventurous, as one can go for tracking, parties, etc. College organizes many events every week, there are many student chapters in the college to enhance the students knowledge, skills, etc. College also conducts blood donation camps, social activities, cultural events, technical events, etc. Peers around you are always ready to help. Ragging is an offence here.

Most interesting thing about the college is, it organises live concert where many singers like siana Catherine, dj sunburn, hardy sandhu, parmish Verma and many more visit the campus.

College has a good infrastructure with almost all facilities and equipments. Classrooms are equipped with Projectors and good furniture whole campus is Wifi Enabled with great connectivity and laboratories are well equipped with all instruments along with experienced assistants and professors sports ground, Multi-Activity Centre with Indoor gym, Properly bulit hostels with all facilities the whole campus is well maintained clean and green and the food in the cafeterias is hygienic.

I am persuing B.tech in Applied Petroleum Engineering with Specialization in Upstream the college has a good reputation for the course , our college is among the top colleges for the course with highly experienced faculties from industries they have real life experienced and to learn things. Curriculum is not updated what think as we are studying the same syllabus since so many years so but doing different projects and experience during the course makes us ready for future.

Placements are not up to the mark as the packages are not good andmost of the students are not placed in domain companies they have to for IT and Marketing Companies which comes for mass recruitment in our college.Around 70% students were placed and highest package from our stream was of 14 lakhs per annum.Average Package goes for 4 lakhs per annum.College has a proper procedure for the placements SPR's along with Placement cell college is supportive.

Including Hostel more than 4 Lakhs per year but after paying so much amount of fees the students are not getting good placements the college is providing us with the facilities but what we actually need is a good package and best companies some of the good companies have blacklisted our college and don't for recruitment students have to apply there on their own.

College campus is well built and there are auditoriums where the events took places amphitheater students are engaged in the cultural activities and there are technical societies which help the students to achieve their overall development.Students, staff has a good communication there is no gap and the campus is built in the hands of the mountains beautiful campus surrounded by the mountains with a very high securities and rules and regulations Hospital is there,fire extinguisher are installed.

The college is overall good and has a good system of learning and the student achieve their overall development as we are provided with the different opportunities like paper representations, conferences events, industrial visits guest lectures etc.

One of the best universities in terms of Infrastructure. big and clean classrooms with a playground to enjoy free time. a gym is also available in college campus inside mac but requires agym card. The food in canteen is good and hygiene is taken into consideration.

Right now I'm persuing degree in applied petroleum with specialization in upstream. B.tech in petroleum sector is offered by few institutes in India. UPES is one of the best among them. The faculities are well educated and informed about their subject. quality of teaching is good. all the curriculum is updated.

Actually I'm not well known with this department but as per the college records more than 90% students got placed in companies. highest package was near about 3 million rupees per annum. The college placement cell is supportive to students.

Fees is quite more than other colleges. I think if one got scholarship like I do them it will be a great relief.

Wow wednesday is best thing that our college conducts. A good platform to increase public skills.
