Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Chandigarh Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College library is working nicely in a space of 2000 sq. ft. area. The total no. of books at present in the library is more than ten thousand. out of that 7600 books are of Ayurveda and two thousand and five hundred books are of modern science & others stream etc.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

Girl’s hostel building is built on more than one acre of land. college is having two blocks of hostel i.e. block a & b in which 60-70 girls students are living. Every facility like chairs, tables, benches, almirahs has been provided to every student.

Other facilities like indoor games like chess, carom board, table tennis have been provided in the girl's hostel in girl's common rooms. There is a hostel Superintendant to supervise the girl’s students from time to time. The facility has been provided for Lohri & Holi celebration for girls hostel students only. in front of the hostel area facility for badminton games has been provided to them.

The hospital has a professionally managed cafeteria for the convenience of the patient's relatives and other visitors to the hospital for meeting their requirements of snacks/ drinks and meals. The cafeteria of the college is very neat & clean and working in an area of 3000 sq. ft. Separate arrangements for teachers, non-teaching staff & paramedical staff, etc have been made in the canteen by providing the 10 tables and 40 chairs, etc.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
