The college provides Hostel facility to the Boys students. The Hostel Rooms are well ventilated and are well furnished. A round the clock electricity supply and a Mess facility is available in the Boys Hostel. 

The college Library facility to Girls students. The Hostel Rooms are spacious and are well ventilated. A Mess facility is available in the Girls Hostel. The college Hostel has a round-the-clock uninterrupted electricity supply. 

The college has an Ultra modern 920 bed fully functional Hospital in the college campus to provide medical assistance to the students during the time of emergency.  

The college has a Gymnasium which is equipped with all the modern exercise machines and equipment. 

The College Library was established in the year 2000 when the new College building started functioning. Year after year it made steady progress. It has grown into a collection of 17263 Medical Books. It receives about 140 periodicals yearly on various Medical subjects.

The college Library Sciences and Research, Amritsar provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to the students in the college campus. 

The college Library and Research has a good IT Infrastructure. The college has an IT Cell. The entire college campus is well connected with the high-speed Internet facility. 

The college has a Canteen which serves healthy and nutritious food and snacks to the students at reasonable prices. 

The college Library has a Multipurpose Auditorium which has a seating capacity of approximately 1,500 people. The college has an Air Conditioned Conference Hall which has a seating capacity of approximately 400 people. The Conference Hall is equipped with an Audio/ Visual System. 

The college has its own fleet of Buses and Cabs which help the staff members and the students to commute from one place to another place.
