Not too strict but academically a good college
College Infrastructure
Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College has all infrastructure facilities one would expect, including girl's hostel, gym and air conditioners in every classroom as well as library and good facilities for sports

College infrastructure is average not too old , facilities are good,sports facilities are decent , lift are not available for students use ,library has decent collection and reading room fully air condition.

AC not working,windows are cracked ,walls not painted properly, projector not in working conditions, sports other than cricket are too bad, repair work is going on here and there benches are also very old and some are destroyed

SGTB Khalsa College is the oldest college with the best infrastructure and phenomenal teaching faculty. Every facility is available in this college.

This is so because the college does not cover OBC Category under Reserved Category and has allotted Categories to Sikh Minority, PwD, EWS and Kashmiri Migrant.
