Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Anna University, Chennai.


Eligibility Criteria

A pass in HSC or equivalent examination with mathematics, physics, and chemistry as the main subjects of study.

The aggregate minimum marks in the above three subjects are: OC - 55%, BC - 50%, MBC - 45%, SC / ST - a mere pass quota as per the government of Tamil Nadu norms.

Lateral Entry-BE

A pass in the Diploma Examination in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.

Minimum marks in the diploma examination on pre-final and final semesters, for various communities as prescribed by the government of Tamil Nadu.
