Sairam engineering college in west tambaram, has moderate to good quality infrastructure. It has proper computer labs, physics labs and chemistry labs. It also has incubation center near the library. It's very helpful if you're someone who's interested in building a prototype or starting a business. They help you whenever you want, you can also stay 24/7 and work there itself. And about hygiene and cleanliness, its moderate I'd say.

The staffs are good in my department also they help you with your doubts. They are not very experienced I'd say, but they will help you out. And curriculum of your department is actually good compared to other colleges in Chennai. They really give focus to management papers too, and only management staffs teach those papers. So, you are good hands.

They have good placements. Majority students are hired in TCS(ninja, etc). There is also few more companies. I'd personally say, if you have proper coding skills and little communication skills, you can get placed. If you're not, then don't blame the management.

The donation fee is minimum than other college near by. I think they ask 5 lakhs donation fee for this course, but it depends sometimes they might even lower the price if you're earlier. Also the tuition fee and other fee are okay probably.

There are several clubs here. Its little inactive tho, but some are actually active. The tip is to ask your seniors, and join in those and be active. NCC, NSS, UBA, Skill development and Scouts are some of the active clubs as far as I know. And location might seem like a forest area, but its not. This college is safe and might handle emergencies i think.

The dress code for girls specifically are too strict. You should wear only kurtis and shawl, and straight cut pants are allowed. If your dress is not proper or you're not wearing id card, you need pay fine. You're also not allowed to talk to opposite gender, they are too strict about it. You will get suspended if you do. The college is little too strict. If you are someone, who wants to enjoy college life (like wearing whatever clothes you want or talking to any boy/girl)

Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has all the necessary infrastructure and clean facilities. It has well-equipped lab facilities and technology to support student projects. The hostels have hygienic food and good rooms.

I am pursuing Electronics and Communication Engineering. The curriculum is updated and the professors are well-equipped with knowledge in their respective fields. They are yet to inculcate practical techniques in their teaching.

Placements start from 6th semester and continues further. Majority of the MNCs visit the campus for placements. The college is very supportive in terms of placements. They too offer Pega UAP program and BYTES training for the students.

Campus life is amazing. There are lots of clubs and organizations where you can take part show your talents and skills. As the college is located in a rural area, 7kms away for Tambaram, the atmosphere here is peaceful and safe too. There are bus facilities which cover mostly all over Chennai, so there is no problem with the transport.

I am a Chennai person.so l, According to my knowledge sairam is one of the decent and top college in the surroundings of Chennai.The college was located in a rural area and the infrastructure of the college is awesome.It was located in a peaceful area.The management provided us all the necessary facilities like wifi facility,sports courts ,stadium,etc.

I choose BE mechanical engineering because I am very much interested in working with machines.so I choose sairam to achieve my dreams.Mechanical department has a separate block and in our college there was a mechanical students have many advantages for practically enhanced .

Almost 70 percent of our seniors are get placed.Many of our seniors are doing their master's degree in abroad and iit's .Our mentors are also guiding us and helping us for getting good jobs and preparing for competitive exams like gate,ies.

Sairam college is one of the top colleges in Tamil Nadu. The infrastructure of the college is master class. All the necessary facilities are provided for the students. Our college has the biggest auditorium named sai Leo Muthu auditorium, where all big functions will happen and a big indoor stadium also there in our college and those are well maintained by our college

I am in BE(mechanical engineering) because I am very much interested in working in isro(or) NASA and any of the Nava Ratna companies like bhel, NLC.So to achieve my dreams I choose this college. The quality of teaching is good. Faculties handling as are knowledged persons. The course curriculum is good which makes as industry readiness.

The placement offered by our college are good.My aim was to getting placed in government sector.Faculties also guiding us and give us a big support to get placed in campus placement offered by our college and to prepare for gate and several competitive exam.

Not that much but good we expect more in college infrastructures classroom are good corridor are very neat and clean always but benches are not that much comfortable and we are little more in our classrooms
