Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

UG (B.Tech) admissions conducted through the common entrance test (EAMCET) by the Andhra Pradesh state government. While 70% of the seats allotted are based on merit in EAMCET, 30% of the seats are earmarked for Management Quota. In addition, the Engineering Diploma holders, based on their merit at ECET (FDH), are admitted into Lateral Entry (II year B. Tech Courses) to the tune of 20% of the total intake.

College Infrastructure

Thr college infrastructure is so good with structure and buildings. The classrooms and smart classes impress me. And the sport block is also great. The food and cafe and libraries are good and impressed me to join the college.

It was a good experience to get a seat in this college

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is good has all necessary things as library, computers labs good internet speed connection and all the things according to the necessity that makes a good collection of things for the students.

College Infrastructure

Yes, the college infrastructure is good when i visited with my parents, we have all thr facilities with good and smart rooms. Garden is too big where we spend time peacefully. The food is too good with hygienic.
