Fantastic And classic buildings stand tall on which you can be proud of. They speak nothing but legacy since more than a century. Classrooms, library, halls and auditoriums are well equipped and is enough for on class seminars and workshops. The surroundings are spacious and we'll maintained with waste management systems.

I believe the college has the best academic records when it comes to academics, ranging from NIRF rankings to India Today rankings the college has pulled it through. The syllabus is absolutely updated and the whole curriculum + the competitive activities make you job ready.

Placements have been really good because a lot of companies visit our campus for recruitment. Companies like Ernest and Young, PwC, Deloitte come at our campus for the recruitment. The Highest salary package that was offered was by DE Shaw which offered around 20 Lakhs per annum. The college and the placement cell both are very supportive

The fees for the academic session I am studying now is around 120000 per year which is a bit much when seen from a middle class perspective. But if you see from the long term perspective and about your career the college is more benificial and it offers a lot more than it charges. The seminars , the workshops, the competitions, the placements,etc and the list never ends.

The campus life is no less than a premier B-School here. You will find students studying or completing their assignments at the green benches, empty classrooms, rushing off to classes, engaged in club activities, preparing for competitions,etc. The fellow students there are highy supportive and helps you. The staffs are decent.

Go for it if you get a chance. It's a heavenly experience.

Best in class which is more than enough in terms of infrastructure. The college is 160 years old and the Roman architecture stands with pride. The classrooms are big and technically advanced. There are smart boards in classrooms. Cyber rooms, finance labs will help you over the years while pursuing the course.

I am studying MCom in Finance and Accounting here. The professors here are talented and they clear your any kind of doubts. The curriculum is well with the time updated and includes all the practical case studies/real life instances in the curriculum. The projects conducted are comprehensive and seminars/workshops make you job ready.

The placements are good enough for anyone who has the hunger for opportunities. Students do get placed in some companies or the other. The packages are like 3-4 Lacs per Annum to 19 Lacs per Annum depending upon the company you choose. Companies likes Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Mu Sigma, PwC, TCS, Cognizant,etc come at our college.

I am paying around 120000 per year to the college for our Masters course. The BCom has the same structure I believe. Yes, the kind of opportunities the college offers starting from Seminars, worshops to ON and Off field training is highly commendable and lives upto our expectations.

The college has 3 Canteens, 1 Cyber room, 2 green benches and 2 grounds as soon as you enter the college. People are quite engaged in their activities like clubs, seminars, cell work, assignment,etc and are in rush. The campus never sleeps.

Humongous buildings and all those Roman stylized buildings make you fascinating when you look at them. All the classrooms, stage halls, jublee halls,etc are well furnished, has Projectors,etc. The spaces are clean and hygienic for sure. There are 3 canteens actually, 2 Green Benches and a Central Library.

State of the Art talents breed here in this college. One cannot imagine unless study or visit here and talk to people here. Each and everyone are so talented who come from different places and study different subjects. Professors are highly proficient and supportive. The whole curriculum is updated by autonomous body and is well ahead of time.

The Placements here has been commendable. You will not get disappoint unless & until you don't make yourself employable. Companies like Big Four, Accenture, ICICI, Goodricke,TCS, Cognizant,etc come here for placements. The Package ranges from 3 LPA to 21 LPA

The fees I pay is around 120000 yearly. I know its a bit much but the college offers a lot. The academic and non academic experience is worthy Highly. Big CEOs, Chairman,Partners,etc come here for the seminars. So, it's worth it unlike any other B School.

Full of life. It feels like the campus never ever sleep. You find people doing here something or the other. You may even find a fellow student discussing about a startup at green benches and the other play sports dreaming of playing Nationals some day. The students, staff,teachers are highly profound, supportive,etc and discuss things a lot.

St. Xavier's College, Kolkata has all the basic and necessary facilities and equipment. It has very good science laboratory will all modern and latest apparatus. Classrooms are kept neat and tidy and all have a projector and screen which is used for teaching. The campus is very huge and there is a good canteen too! Wifi connection is available but the password is mostly not shared with the students.

I graduated from St. Xavier's in B.Sc Chemistry because i liked the way the course was structured and I genuinely had a liking for the subject from the beginning of college. The academics which were taught here were very easy at the beginning level and slowly as time progressed, it gets more complex and challenging. Most of the courses do make you job ready depending on the job you ultimately take up.

During my time as a student, there were huge giant pharmaceutical companies which had come to college to employ the students. However, I had not taken that opportunity since i had other plans to complete my M.Sc too. Most of my friends took the chance and are doing well even today. The college was very supportive and encouraged us to take risks and chances as these are one in a lifetime opportunities at times.

St. Xavier's College, Kolkata at that time was a government aided college, so it used to receive funds from the government. Hence, our fees were extremely cheap at that time. It was definetely worth my money because this college gave me the platform which i guess no other college could give me. I could participate in the various college festivals that were held and that boosted my confidence to do things even better.

The campus life of the college is truly amazing. The students who come here to study are very friendly and they come from diverse backgrounds which opens your eyes to learn about various cultures and traditions and how to respect them. The teachers as well as the support-staff are really kind and they are always there to support you and giude you in and as well as out of the classroom or matters other than academics too!

This college is definitely worth your time, effort, money etc. The extracurricular activities and sports activities conductyed here are numerous and there is something for everyone to learn. Most of the students are very competitive and help you out in times of need. totally worth it.

The college has all the necessary facilities and equipment.It has all the facilities asked above and are well maintained.The living space are clean and Food is hygienic.There is no problem in these matters.

I am a B.Com Hons student because I am from a Commerce background. The teaching quality is the best here.Yes the curriculum is updated and includes all recent developments.Yes make study makes me Job- ready.

The placements provided are from the best companies.A good number get placed and the salary provided whether highest or average is not known.I did not take part in the placements process.The college is usually Supportive.

The course costs 50,000 per year.Yes it gives the kind of facilities which fulfils your worth for money.The teaching is also good.The environment and facilities all are very good.It gives you the best.

College got a huge football ground n all other facilities for sports, dance hall, music n a whole Libra building n the campus is clean n the food is hygienic too....the clg building is really huge...it's about four floors in the view from top is just awesome

I'm from biotechnology department...the subject is really interesting n lot's of research stuff is their...the teacher r too gd n teach everything to the vary detail...n in every lecture they their 100%..

Placement for B.com is excellent, they got chance n many MNCs n bank sectors...Bcom is aslo know as the elite group of our clg....other subjects got gd placements as well...all u need to do is hardwork...

For biotechnology free is about 27000per sem...vary from subject to subject

The infrastructural facilities are more than enough. Most of the classrooms have projectors and are spacious. The labs are as per requirements for all departments. Guess what, we even have a Finance lab for the commerce students. Yes, there are hostels separate for boys and girls. The canteen is hygienic. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The buildings are of Roman Gothic style and is venerable.

One of the best colleges ever when it comes to academics. Students have reached heights from here. Professors are highly highly qualified and clear our doubts when asked. The curriculum is well updated and since th college is autonomous it takes no time to update syllabus. Yes, the curriculum makes you job ready.

The opportunities provided by the college in terms of placements are enough. One can opt to enter the Corporate world even right after graduation in campus placements. Companies like KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte US, Deloitte India, Accenture, TCS,etc come to our campus. The average salary by Big 4s is around 3-6 LPA CTC. The highest was 20 LPA CTC.. DE Shaw...

The course fee is a bit much but I feel like it's worth it. I pay fees around 25000-30000 per quarter... The endless opportunities the college offers is what makes it legitimate. The workshops, seminars, exams, career oriented courses,etc gives us an edge.

The campus life very very busy. The students engage is various societies like Xavier's commerce society for BCom, Xavier's Management Society for BBA, etc... There are societies department wise as well. There is EDC, Enactus as well. The staffs are friendly and college premises are safe, sound, clean and tidy.

The only thing here is that one has to take that extra step to grab the opportunities here. People are highly competitive here.

Yes, college infrastructure is well maintained. they are hygenic as well. there is a canteen as well. These are well maintained . cleanliness is also there. everything is there even wifi too. living space is clean.

yes quality of teaching is awesome. more technological upgradation is required. like use of automated classes. email facilities so that we can compete globally. class notes must be written in electronic form only.

college has got a different department for this. many big companies come and high packages are offered to them. placement is brilliant of the college. in kolkata its a good college too. even big 4 comes over here.

The campus is approx 160 years old which has the oldest infrastructure. The college is trying to make sure that necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment are being made available to students. The living spaces and classrooms are not very much up to date and the canteen is completely unhygienic.

I'm currently pursuing BMS Hons. The professors doesn't use modern techniques to implement the course and most of them doesn't have sufficient knowledge to teach a particular subject. Most of the professors make sures that the curriculum is properly updated and taught in a practical way.

There are few big top companies whom our college approaches for placements. The toppers usually get placed but mediocre students find themselves in a tough situation when it comes to getting placed. The college tries their level best to make sure everyone gets placed. The highest package is of approx 20L which goes to students of BSc Economics Honours, BCom and BMS students.

The cost per year is approx ₹70,000-₹1,00,000. The money is completely worth it compared to the fee structure of other colleges. The college has always maintained the gap between the Rich and poor when it comes to deciding the fee structure.

The campus life in college is not what you get to see in other colleges but the college campus has its own vibes and different places for students to spend their free time. The campus is completely safe and it can definitely handle emergencies.

Right the up to mark infrastructure, there is a place called green benches where students study, meet,etc. The classrooms are well equipped, although not all classrooms have ACs. There are auditoriums for conferences, meetings,etc. The WiFi is bifurcated for students and facilities. The space is clean and tidy.

college excels in academics. The professors are highly articulated and helpful. The exam controller adminstration and the curriculum administration is avid as well as active while updating the syllabus The course does make you employable. I am doing my Masters here and I did my BCom morning from here.

Every year, about 25-30 different companies come to our campus. Big four, Goodricke , Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture,etc are some of the few regular recruiters. The average package which I observe is around 4-6 Lacs per annum.

The fees sums aroud 80000 per year and I believe every penny spent here is worthwhile, the kind of exposure the college gives whether here in Kolkata or outside is of unprecedented level. Alot goes behind getting such exposure, starting from academic activities to non academics activities.

The Campus life is breathtaking, alot is going on at the same time as soon as you enter the campus, the respective societies conduct meetings, students meet in canteen, rushing off to Library,etc. The staffs are friendly out there, they are welcoming, also you get to meet people from different backgrounds.

Once in a lifetime experience. Do take full advantage of the part of this college. Also, never forget to wear you ID cards and bypass the dress codes, haha! It's not less than a school.
