SXC has all required facilities and equipment and they are well taken care of....The labs are well equipped and the college itself is very clean and hygienic. Our college does have wifi and smart boards and all modern tech.

Sxc is renowned for its high level of education which is because of the fact of educated and professional professors....The curriculum is updated regularly and up to date with the competition. The college does make us job ready by industry standards

Surprisingly SXC students get good placements....some even get 19 lpa package from doing bsc....although it's not 100% placement guaranteed but still people do have options. In average it's 7-8 lpa which is decent for bsc

Our course cost around 1 lakh 12k per year....this is a bit on the high side but to some extent it is worth the money because of the opportunities and experiences we are exposed to.

Campus Life is fun.....there are lots of festivals, seminars and many others which energizes everyone.......Also there are diverse clubs and associations in which students can participate....stuff and teachers are friendly

Sxc is one of the best college in west bengal as well as India which is evident from its ranking and achievements and many dream to enter to this college. Although for me the fees are a bit high but to win some we gotta lose some.

Everything is well connected. Proper infrastructure. Infact you will get a vibe of victorian period buildings.College offers a proper place for photoshoot where you can enjoy your college life and cherish them forever

The quality of teaching is well. Students need to be more attentive and be a well approacher to receive all help from professors. As it is folloeing the CAlcutta University syllabus, yes it is little back dated syllabus. But no worries professors will help you in all this

The quality of placement is not above 2 laks pa. Various companies starting from content writing to managemnt / consulting firms visit the college. But dont expect sky and heaven from the graduation roi.

I had total 6 semesters. Each semesters costing around 10 k to 12k. Total value for money. Studying in this kind of institution will have a positive effect on your mind and will make you feel proud. The college environment is reaposnsible for your welfare. the college provides other opportunities to grow as well.

My college life experience is good. Staffs are supportive. The system of dress code seemed worse to me. The location is proper. You have bus and metro connectivity. You will get a proper corporate vibe in Park street area.

Nothing much. But dont forget to wear your college id cards. Must in proper dress code orelse the guards will not llow you to enter. You have great pubs around the college. A proper place outside the college to take some chill pill

All the classrooms have been equipped with smart board projectors and the students have access to iPads in the college library. The students can also get access to the college wifi facilities. Air conditioner facilities are available to the B.commerce students.

I’ve take up BA Sociology. The faculty in this department is amazing(I can’t tell about all the teachers in the department but most of them are really encouraging and smart)and the curriculum is updated almost yearly keeping in mind the current developments in this study feild.

The placement cell in the arts department isn’t as great as the B.com department of the college. The B.com students’ highest salary package offered is 20.5 LPA and lowest is about 3.5 LPA. The college is very supportive with the students placement as they regularly put up updates about it in the notice board and the college website.

The BA honours courses in this college costs about 29-39 thousand per year but the students are charges extra if they wish to take up journalism or film studies as their ancillary (extra subject other than honours) subject.

The college is situated in the heart of the city (Park Street). The campus isn’t too big but it’s not too confined either. The college is also just adjacent to the Park Street police station. The college has a football court, basketball court and volleyball court too.

Students can also indulge in extra curricular activities like debates, quizzes, sports events, marketing competitions etc.

Laboratories are well equipped, classrooms are air conditioned, very comfortable, Wi-Fi facilities available, sports cell is very coordinating, well maintained premises, very much disciplined. Library resources are very helpful.

I am pursuing MSc. Biotechnology (Integrated). The quality of teaching is the best here. The curriculum is updated always. My faculty always looks forward in instilling practical s nse in us always. Very coordinating faculty.

I have not much heard about placements offered,but students excel after the completion of the course. Many students have always found well established places after leaving the college, but as they try on their own.

My course costs 108000 per year. As far as the teaching methods, efforts put in by teachers and everyone in the college are considered, it isn't a big amount. The best possible training is given here.

Campus Life is the best. With a very good canteen, lunch breaks are awesome. Playground is very good.

The college is equipped with the latest technology and the lab consists of almost every chemical one needs to work with. We have a central research facility equipped with latest technology to help the students gain first hand experience in research.

i am a second year student currently pursuing chemistry honours. It is one of the best place for pursuing the subject . The faculty is outstanding and we get a great deal of help from them . we have the latest curriculum and we do not require and private coachings also as the whole syllabus is completed in college itself.

very nice placements . we have our very own placement cell which help the students get placement. But most of the students pursue higher studies instead of looking for job offers. All of us have a mindset to pursue research and we are prepared for that .

For chemistry honours, the cost in not much and many scholarships are also available for the students.

The students can indulge in a lot of activities. The green benches are there for gossips as well as intellectual talks.

St. Xavier's has all necessary facilities. Like Stationary Stores, Wifi facilities etc. The best part is our library. All facilities you get like online access to the library system, e-books. We have basketball court and the best sports ground in kolkata which makes our college's infrastructure like U shaped. St. Xavier's College Kolkata is known for their academics and even their social works like Shishu mela.

I was studying with computer Science as my major subject. Each member of the faculty have vast knowledge of their subjects. Yes, curriculum is updated according to the development in computer world...

Every year college brings MNCs like Deloitte, McKinsey etc.... And they offer around 3.5 lpa. Almost 70% of the students gets offer. Av salary 3lpa... Different companies have different procedures but comfort is their priority.

St xaviera college is one of the most renowned college in kolkata. It offers the best education in each department with great faculty members who ar among the top in their departments. The college library has a variety of diff books by indian as well as foreign authors. The labs are clean and has the necessary equipments. And the food provided by college canteen is also clean and nutricious.

I'm studying chemistry honours as i always have liked the subject and wanted to learn more about it. The quality of teaching is great with excellent teachers. The syllabus is also according to the latest cbcs curriculum.

The placement is also good. Students get good placements in good companies from each and every department. Placements are mainly offered in 3rd year of our graduation. And students get high salary jobs.

Its closts about 30-40 thousand per year including all laboratory fees and examination fees. You may think the fees is high but its absolutely worth it. As every department has best teachers and lab equipmemts. And also this college also helps us to grow as a better person.

The college provides very good infrastructure for students classroom are large and capable of accommodating a large number of students without cramping. Office ,Laboratories ,library are all computerised for providing faster and better services . The college provides Wi-Fi facilities for the students. Presently I'm persuing my graduation degree from the college. The quality of teaching is commendable as the professors are highly qualified and are Eveready to solve the Eveready to solve the queries of the students . The college provides a great environment for education and overall development of the students I have been in this College since last year and I really enjoy studying at this place . Xavotsav is the best event of the college for which students eagerly wait and thus enjoy a lot . The professors are approachable , friendly and helpful .
