Diploma in Radiology Technology	-	Should have passed 12th from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 40% with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
Diploma in Operation Theater Technology	-	Must have passed 10+2 from one of the recognised boards.
DMLT	-	Should have a graduation in Biochemistry, Zoology, Chemistry or Microbiology and obtained at least 45% of marks.
GNM	40	Should have completed 12th with English with a minimum of 45% marks. They should be 17 years of age on or before the year of admission.

B.Sc Nursing	50	Must have passed 10+2 (Science Stream) with a minimum of 45% of marks. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English are compulsory subjects. The candidates shall be 17 years of age at or before the year of admission.
P.B.B.Sc Nursing	-	Should have completed a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and have registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council.

T and TV Institute of Nursing, Surat UG Admission Procedure (B.Sc Nursing/P.B.B.Sc Nursing)

Admission into UG courses is provided based on previous academic performance and entrance exam by VNSGU Surat.
The eligible candidates are required to appear and secure a valid score.
The government admission committee will allot the students to the colleges of their choice as per their score on the entrance test.
The students allotted to the T and TV Institute of Nursing, Surat can take admission into UG courses after paying the course fee.

The admission into M.Sc programme is based on the entrance examination conducted by VNSGU Surat.
