T and TV Institute of Nursing have only a girls' hostel at its premises. The corridors and campus are under CCTV surveillance. Guards are available for round-the-clock security. Recreational activities such as television, indoor and outdoor games are also available.

The institute has various laboratories such as advanced skill lab, computer lab, audio visual lab, Obstetrical -Gynaecological & Pediatric Lab, Community Health Nursing Lab, Nutrition Lab, Pre Clinical (Anatomy and Physiology) Lab, and Fundamentals of Nursing Lab. The labs are equipped with modern equipment and facilities with a lab attendant.

TTV Institute has a well-maintained IT Infrastructure with various computers with high-speed internet connectivity. The computers are equipped with modern hardware and software.

The library of TTV Institute is equipped with a large collection of books, journals and research material on nursing subjects. A total of 3500 books are available at TTV Institute library.

The institute also has good transportation facilities for field visit, educational visit and other educational visits. It has a planned route to provide convenience to the students availing the facility.

The institute has a Venus Hospital to provide care of the patients. It has a total capacity of 200 beds, and offers services such as General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry and ENT. 

T and TV Institute of Nursing auditorium is available with a seating capacity of 300- 400. It hosts annual events, fresher’s party, and parents' meetings.

The cafeteria of T and TV Institute of Nursing serves freshly prepared food. The meals are available at an affordable price for both students and faculty members.

Indoor and outdoor sports facilities are provided by TTV Institute. It covers prominent games such as badminton, cricket, football, lawn tennis and basketball.
