from this you may estimate overall what marks to get colleges in delhi. So this year to get govt MBBS seat in your category one have to score approx 610 marks. So if we now talk about MAMC so it will allocate above 640+ for delhi state quota and vmmc approx above 630+ marks. All the best
hello,
In VMMC the total number Of All India quota seats is 40, out of which subsidised and non-subsidised seats are 31 and 9 respectively. So for general AIQ, Seats are 20.
For, DELHI QUOTA, total 81 seats. Out of which 16 are non-subsidised. And 25 are general category seats from the subsisized category.
Non subsidised seats in VMMC are the seats provided by government to help the students. Because the fees of VMMC is very high around. so if you get the admission through IPU allotment, you will get the subsidised seat. And, according to the merit list, the last 9 students of merit list will not get the non subsidised seats.
Hope it helps
Good luck

Hello Dear Student,
I got your question but it's very confusing, let me clear you some points here, if you are taking Admission in NSCB Jabalpur in Round 1 and showing your willingness for Upgradation in Round 2 hence you are Participating in Round 2 of All India Counselling, but in parallel you are also Participating in State Counselling, if you got BSA Delhi in Round 1 of IPU Counselling, you will choose IPU Over NSCB Jabalpur, for that you have to withdraw your documents from NSCB Jabalpur and you will be exit from All India Counselling after that you will submit your Documents in Dr BSA Delhi. Hence you have chosen State Counselling over All India Counselling.
After that if you are interested in All India Counselling Round 2 then you can participate in Round 2 and if you got VMMC in Round 2 then you just need to Withdraw your Documents from Dr BSA Delhi. As far as I know this is Allowed and you can do this if you got a Seat in VMMC in Round 2, you are just taking exit from Round 1 of State Counselling to go in Round 2 of All India Counselling, I will advise you to Call on MCC Helpline Numbers given in the "Counselling Scheme" brochure on the MCC website. Also if you are going with Dr BSA Delhi then talk to Nodal Officer present in Dr BSA Delhi regarding this issue, if he permit you for Round 2 of All India Counselling then you can withdraw your documents from Dr BSA Delhi.

Hello
Both the college are good in almost all the aspects. Talking about placement than vmmc give a mediansalary of around 85 to 90k per month while afmc give you a minimum salary package of around 80k per month.
So you can opt for afmc not just for placements but you can get internship in the army hospitals and get the opportunities to work with professional and experience doctors .
Good Luck

Hello,
The facilities available in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi are Boys hostel, Girls hostel, Library, Sports, Cafeteria, Hospital, IT infrastructure, Transport and Laboratories. Vardhman Mahavir Medical College (VMCC) is situated at Safdarjung Hospital. The college was established in November 2001 by the Government of India. It is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and has recognition from Medical Council of India (MCI).
Hi Aspirant,
MAMC is a traditionally preferable college for MBBS over VMMC.
But, the preference for VMMC is nowadays exponentially increasing. Last year it was the second most preferred college after MAMC during AIPMT counseling.
Other reasons are -
1. The campus is fully air-conditioned, our infrastructure is very modern compared to other Government colleges.
2. Since the college has All India students through both AIPMT and IP; the cultural diversity is more significant.
3. The workload at VMMC during the first 2 years is one of the lightest among Delhi Medical Colleges. It has semester-end exams only, without compromising on the quality of education.
4. Lesser Batch Strength
5. Air Conditioned Hostels and No Curfew even for girls
6. Entirely separate Sports Injury Centre, made during the CWG.
7. Location and Ambience is enticing.
Hope this will help you to make a difference between the two colleges.
All the best.
Vmmc has all the necessary infrastructure but its campus is very congested and most of it is hospital. But due to recent developments it rank among the best colleges in india for medical and classrooms, library and hostels are very hygienic and fully aur conditioned.
I had studied the Vardhman mahavir medical college and SHJ for a couple of months and it was enough to write a about pros and cones. College have all the necessery infrastructure like and modren equipments.
Their are alot of laboratories everything is available in laboratory with proper hygiene. As student you have to experience more knowledge bcz of good experience md dr staff and teachers. Class rooms are very big every facilities are there lecture theatre, projecters different labs and manageable library.
