Last year a candidate with 611 marks and 5617 rank belonging to SC category secured seat in VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi under 15% AIQ quota. Yes you will be eligible for OBC quota in VMMC Delhi even if you belongs to Delhi. As of now NIOS students are eligible for NEET 2021.
Now as we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 527 for VMMC, Delhi under 85% state quota for OBC category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 565 out of 720 marks.

Hi,
Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College is one of finest medical college in Delhi. It is one of the popular choices of students. The cutoff for state quota in VMMC Delhi is 550+ marks. While for AI Quota, it is 600 +9( according to 2020) This data is for round one. It will decrease by around 5 marks in round two.

After looking into previous year cut-offs which have been in the range of 527-530 (till 2019). I would suggest that you study hard and aim for 600+. As you know cut offs vary from year to year. It is difficult to determine the exact cut off for NEET 2021, this will be available only after the counselling procedure will be completed as only then it will be possible to get the closing rank for the same. Usually, 50 percentile is the qualifying percentile for NEET 2021. Here is the list for the same:

Hi,
Admission in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, New Delhi, will undertake after you appear for the IPU CET Exam. On clearing Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPUCET), you'll be provided Admission in VMMC. It is currently offering MBBS/ MD/ MS/ BSc (Nursing) courses with multiple specializations. The college offers a 3 and half year course of BSc in Nursing. The IPU CET Application Form will be released in the coming days. The Exam will be by the Fourth Week of April 2021.
