      In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.

      You did not mention about which college you are talking. However, in order to get admission in any MBBS college in India, it is mandatory to qualify NEET . There is no other option. Even if you go through management quota, you must have secured atleast the minimum
