You did not mention about which college you are talking. However, in order to get admission in any MBBS college in India, it is mandatory to qualify NEET . There is no other option. Even if you go through management quota, you must have secured atleast the minimum cutoff marks in NEET.
The cutoff for NEET UG 2020 are as follows:
- General category - 720-147
- General PH - 146-129
- SC/ST/OBC - 146-113
- SC/ST/OBC - 128-113
So, depending on which category you belong to, you must have secured atleast the minimum qualifying marks as mentioned above.

Otherwise paramedical courses that does not need NEET exam are another option for you.
