Based on the previous year cut off you should have more the 130 marks to get this college in lower branches & more than 160 for top branches as general category.

there are very less chances of getting mech branch in sc qouta in cap 3 also as last years cut off was 4279(139) for sc quota. Try another branch or other college.

Keeping in mind some points like placements,campus,core branch.. etc.Go for walchand's IT, but if you have a keen intrest in textile then opt for textile at vjti.

Also there is the possibility of  branch transfer in VJTI in second year if your pointetr is above 7

According to me, you go for VJTI because it's reputed college in  Maharashtra and have better placement record in terms of every branch and many good companies visits for recruitment.

you can swap your steam after 1 year if you perform well.
