Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Vignan's Institute of Information Technology, Visakhapatnam recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure was good and provided a comfortable environment for both academics and extracurricular activities. Classrooms were spacious and equipped with projectors and digital teaching facilities. Laboratories had the necessary equipment for practical learning, and the library contained a good collection of books, journals, and digital resources. Wi-Fi connectivity was available across most parts of the campus. The college also had sports grounds, seminar halls, cafeteria facilities, and hostel accommodation for students. Overall, the infrastructure supported both learning and student development effectively.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is good with spacious classrooms, workshops, computer labs, library facilities, and a clean campus environment. Campus events and technical fests made student life engaging.
